Mr. Edward O誰eill commenced employment with ImageWare Software, Inc. (IWS) in August of 1998. He has had considerable life and work experience; however, was forced by circumstances beyond his control to embark on a new career. He chose computer technology and persevered through five years of college, earning his Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science. Mr. O誰eill started with us with little more than his academic credentials and no remarkable experience in the industry. Mr. O誰eill痴 extraordinary enthusiasm and work ethic were soon evident. After a very productive orientation he was assigned to repair and establish the Help Desk management information system, brand name HEAT. His predecessor had not been able to bring the system on line after two months effort. In short order, he had the system up and running, the users trained. A dramatic increase in productivity was readily evident. In addition to management of HEAT, Mr. O誰eill was then assigned to manage the Customer Service knowledge base. Since its establishment by Mr. O誰eill and through his effort to gather and edit this data, this knowledge base has grown from zero to in excess of one hundred and twenty-four megabytes of reliably, useful information. He has also established procedures that ensures this knowledge base is kept current both with respect to events and technological developments. It should be noted that Mr. O誰eill performed these feats with little in the way of support as much of the time no technical support was available from the makers of HEAT. When the next upgrade version (HEAT 5.0) was released and Mr. O誰eill completed the course of instruction, it became apparent to him that IWS could make far more use of the system, essentially filling an existing void in controlling all post-sales processes. He carefully developed the system by consulting all of the people and reviewing all of the processes involved. We now stand on the threshold of a excellent management information system when all we thought we had was a help desk system. This is Mr. O誰eill痴 doing. In addition to his accomplishments, I have grown to highly respect his mature judgement and leadership skills. I constantly rely upon him for advice in personnel and organizational matters. He is fully capable of more challenging responsibilities.
